Privacy notice

This notice explains how the data of people who visit Pronunzia or write to its contact address is processed.

Data collected by the site

The site has no contact forms, accounts or newsletters. It does not display advertising. Google Analytics 4 statistics are activated only with consent.

Word searches run in the browser using an index hosted on the site. If you use an address containing a search, the text may appear in the URL in the q parameter. Without JavaScript, the search button also opens an address with this parameter. The requested address may form part of the technical data processed by the hosting service.

Technical browsing data

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., through Cloudflare Pages. To deliver pages and protect the site, Cloudflare processes technical data, such as IP addresses and browser data, in its service logs.

Data may also be processed outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR. For more information, consult Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Google Analytics 4 statistics

We use Google Analytics 4 for aggregate visit statistics only if you accept. The legal basis is consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any time through “Cookie preferences” in the footer.

The data processed includes online identifiers, page views, browser and device data, and approximate location. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, with possible transfers to Google LLC in the United States, which participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Retention follows the Analytics account settings.

Email messages

If you write to [email protected], you share the data contained in your message with us. We use it only to reply and retain it for as long as necessary.

Videos and external links

The site does not load a YouTube player on its pages. Video links, where present, open the external site only after you click.

When you open a YouTube link, Google’s privacy policy applies.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability in the cases provided for by Articles 15–22 of the GDPR. To exercise these rights, write to the PEC address [email protected].

You can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.

Advertising

The site currently displays no advertising. If advertising is introduced in the future, we will update this page and the Cookie policy. Consent will be requested before non-essential cookies are used.
